A classic, vintage inspired restroom is provided in the space.

The studio is open from 8am to 9pm, seven days a week. Special arrangements may be made outside of those hours upon request. Please email hello@712studio.com to make those arrangements.

A paper roll bar is mounted to the wall in the front room with 3 - 9’ rolls, stocked with white, black and red paper. A white reflector screen is included, several stools and a gold framed mirror. Multiple chairs, a wooden bench, small vintage child’s chairs, wicker rounds and stools are all included.

You may bring your own props.

Wall mounted countertops and stools are available for guests to use for refreshments.

Parking is available on the downtown streets and several city parking lots close to the building.

Four white plastic tables (3’ by 8”) are available for use. Tablecloths recommended and not provided.

Seating area includes a sofa and coffee table.
